Properties let you define product variants such as storage capacity, color, or size. Go to Properties and click Add a Property +.
Choose a Property name (e.g. "Storage") and a Type — either Text for labels like "50go / 500go" or Color for color swatches.
Add your values (e.g. 50go, 150go, 250go, 500go for a Storage property).
Save. The property now appears when adding or editing a product under + Add Property.
Color properties render as circular swatches on the product page. Text properties render as selectable pills.

1
Enter a Pack Name (e.g. "Starter Bundle") and a short description.
Search your existing catalogue and add at least 2 products to the pack — each becomes a removable chip showing its thumbnail, title, and price.
Set the Pack Price — this is what the customer actually pays for the whole bundle, so set it lower than the sum of the individual product prices to make it a genuine deal.
Toggle Active and save. Shopium automatically generates a collage thumbnail from the selected products' images.
Packs appear alongside regular products everywhere — search, sort, reports, and the storefront — with no extra setup needed on your template.
Editing or removing a pack
Use the search bar at the top of the Packs page to find a specific bundle, then use the same Edit / Delete controls as regular products. Removing a pack does not affect the individual products it was made from.

Orders
Waiting, Processing, Finished, and Orders This Month — plus an orders-per-day bar chart.
Products
Most Selling, Most Profitable, Best Product of the Month, and Total Products Ordered.
Every table on these three reports has its own Download CSV button.
Visitors
Total Hits, Unique Visitors, Bounce Rate, and Avg Session, plus a daily visitors chart, a new-vs-returning breakdown, and your top visited pages.
Conversion Funnel
Revenue, Orders, Abandonment, and Buy Now intents, with a visual funnel tracking every stage a visitor passes through: Page Views → Cart Opens → Add to Cart → Buy Now → Checkout Start → Orders. Use this to spot exactly where you're losing customers before checkout.
Cart Analytics
Total Opens, Total Adds, Total Removes, and the Open-to-Add Rate (how often opening the cart leads to adding an item), plus a table of products ranked by cart activity.
Search Analytics
Total Searches, Unique Terms, your Top Term and its count, a chart of your top 15 search terms, and a full word-cloud of everything customers searched for. Use this to spot products people are looking for but can't find.
Category Views
Total Views and your Top Category, plus a breakdown chart of views per category — a quick read on which part of your catalogue gets the most attention.
Leads
Total Leads (newsletter subscribers gained) plotted over time.
Heatmap
A visual map of exactly where visitors click, move, and scroll on your Home, Shop, or Product page (switch between them with the page tabs at the top). Four stat cards summarise Total Clicks, Rage Clicks (repeated frantic clicking — usually a sign something looks clickable but isn't), Dead Clicks (clicks on non-interactive elements), and how many visitors Scroll to Bottom.
Switch the visualization mode with the four buttons above the canvas:
Heatmap
A red-to-blue density map of every click on the page.
Movement
Traces mouse movement paths across the page.
Rage
Only rage-click hotspots — frustration signals worth investigating.
Dead
Clicks that landed on nothing clickable — often a design cue that's misleading visitors.
The right-hand panel shows Scroll Depth (what % of visitors reach 25/50/75/100% down the page) and a list of your Top Clicked Elements.
Delivery reports
Tracks delivery-specific metrics including shipment counts by status and geographic distribution of orders, helping you evaluate your logistics operation. Requires an active delivery company — see .
Dashboard home overview
The Home page shows a live-updating summary without needing to open the full Reports section. Pick a period from the pill picker next to the welcome message — Today, This Week, This Month, All Time, or the calendar icon for a specific date — and every KPI card below updates instantly: Page Views, New Visitors, Cart Adds, Bounce Rate, Orders, Revenue, Searches, and Leads, plus a 14-day visitors/revenue trend chart, a cart-adds trend, a conversion funnel snapshot, and your top search terms.
The download icon next to the Home page picker exports the currently-selected period's KPIs as a CSV — and every report table across the full Reports section has its own Download CSV button too.

Google Analytics
Click the settings gear icon on the Google Analytics card.
Enter your GA Measurement ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX).
Click Activate. The tracking code is automatically injected across all store pages.
Facebook Pixel
Click the settings gear on the Facebook Pixel card.
Paste your Pixel ID from Meta Events Manager.
Click Activate to begin tracking conversions and page events.
When Facebook Pixel is active, your store will set marketing cookies on visitors' browsers. Make sure your cookie consent banner is configured accordingly.
OpenAI Ads
Measures conversions from ads shown inside ChatGPT, the same way the Facebook Pixel measures Meta ads.
Click the settings gear on the OpenAI Ads card.
Paste your Pixel ID — you get it from ads.openai.com → Conversions.
Click Activate. Shopium then tracks the full funnel automatically: page views, product views, add-to-cart, checkout started, and completed orders.
This field takes a Pixel ID, not an OpenAI API key. A Pixel ID is a public identifier and is meant to be visible in your page code. Never paste a secret key that starts with sk- here — it would be published on every page of your store.
WhatsApp Quick Call
Click the settings gear on the WhatsApp card.
Enter your WhatsApp phone number (including country code, e.g. +216XXXXXXXX).
Click Activate. A floating WhatsApp button will appear on your storefront for customers to contact you instantly.
Quick Buy Button
Adds a Buy Now button directly on the product page, with a short order form right underneath it — the customer never has to open the cart or go through checkout. There is nothing to configure: just click Activate.
The button gently shakes every few seconds to draw attention, and on phones a floating copy of it appears at the bottom of the screen once the real one scrolls out of view. It works on every template with no extra setup.
3D product viewer
Lets customers rotate and inspect a product in 3D on the product page. Click Activate, then upload a 3D model file on any product when you add or edit it — supported formats are .glb, .gltf, .fbx, .obj, .dae, .ply, .stl. Products without a model keep showing normal photos.
Docs Delivery
Delivery
Connect a shipping company so you can create and track shipments straight from your orders.
Go to Delivery in the sidebar to see the delivery companies Shopium supports: AFEX, First Delivery, Navex, and ADEX. Each card works the same way as the Services page — a status dot (grey = inactive, green = active, red = active but missing/invalid credentials) plus an Activate button.
Click the settings gear on the delivery company you use.
Enter the API key (or token) provided by that company when you signed up with them.
Click Activate.
ADEX is the exception: instead of a single API key it asks for your account email and password. Every delivery modal also has a Test Connection button — use it before saving to confirm your credentials actually work.
Only one delivery company needs to be active at a time. The API key has to be valid for the status dot to turn fully green — an active-but-invalid key shows red.

Domain purchased — setting it up…
1
Available extensions are .com, .net, .store, .online, .shop. Prices shown already include Shopium's service fee — the amount you see is the amount charged.
Once bought, the domain appears under My Domains with a live status: Setting up… while Shopium configures DNS and HTTPS, Active when your store is reachable at it, or Failed — refunded if anything went wrong, in which case the money goes straight back to your wallet automatically.
Domains renew automatically once a year from your wallet. If your balance is too low on the renewal date, the My Domains table tells you to top up. .tn domains are not sold here — the Tunisian registry requires manual document checks, so they cannot be bought instantly.
SMS Confirmations
When active, every buyer gets an SMS confirming their order, on top of the email they already receive. Click the settings gear to set the Sender name shown on the message (max 11 letters or numbers), then activate.
Each SMS is billed from your wallet as it is sent. If your balance is too low when an order comes in, only the SMS is skipped — the order itself is never affected.
Google Search
Connects your own Google Search Console account to this store, so the search data belongs to you. Shopium puts Google's verification tag on your storefront and publishes a sitemap of your home page, shop page and every product. Free, with no limit.
Click Activate, then the settings gear on the Google Search card.
Open Search Console, choose URL prefix, enter your store address, and pick the HTML tag verification method.
Paste the whole tag Google shows you into Shopium and click Save token — Shopium pulls the token out of it for you.
Click Check my storefront to confirm the tag is live, then press Verify back in Google.
Finally, submit your sitemap in Search Console — the link is right there in the same window.
You need a store domain or slug set under Settings first — Search Console can only verify a public address. Once verified, your search performance shows up in your own Google account.

Creatives
Turn any product photo into ready-to-post social media images, generated by AI.

Your first generation is free. After that you are charged per image from your wallet, and the exact total is always shown for confirmation before anything is taken.

Format
Post(4:5), Square(1:1) or Story(9:16) — every image in the batch uses the format you pick.
How many images
Generate 1, 2, 4, 8 or 10 images at once. You pay per image, so the total scales with this number.
Quality
Medium costs 0.850 DT per image, High costs 1.200 DT. High is sharper and handles fine detail and text better.
Brand colors
Two color pickers sent to the AI so the generated images match your brand instead of using random colors.
Extra notes
Optional free-text instructions, e.g. "make it more minimalist" or "add a summer feel". Leave empty if you have no preference.
Generation runs in the background. You can close the page or leave the dashboard while it works — come back later and the batch will be waiting, or still filling in if it hasn't finished.
Your generated images
Every batch is saved under History, grouped in a folder you can expand. Click the pencil to rename a batch, or click any image to open it full-screen with its model, format, resolution and date, plus buttons to download it or give it a thumbs up / thumbs down.
Deleting is never permanent straight away — a deleted image or batch goes to the Recycle Bin, where you can restore it. Only "delete forever" actually removes the file.
If some images in a batch fail to generate, you are automatically refunded for exactly those images — you are never charged for something you did not receive.

Docs Wallet & Billing
Wallet & Billing
Shopium is free to use — here's how the 0.3% commission and wallet actually work.
How pricing works
There are no plans and nothing to subscribe to. Every store gets the full dashboard, templates, and tools for free. The only cost is a 0.3% commission on the total value of every order placed through your store — charged at the moment the order is placed, and not reversed even if that order is later cancelled.
Your wallet
Go to Settings → Wallet & Billing to see your current balance and how much commission has accrued so far this period. New accounts start with a 36 TND welcome credit.
Monthly invoices
At the end of each month, the commission accrued during that period is turned into a single invoice. If your wallet balance covers it, the invoice is paid automatically and your balance is reduced by that amount. Your full invoice history is always visible from the same Wallet & Billing page.

Top Up Wallet
A 0.3% commission is deducted from every sale and billed monthly. Keep a balance here so your invoices are paid automatically — two consecutive unpaid invoices will suspend your store.

Wallet topped up — invoice settled automatically
1
Go to Settings → Wallet & Billing and click Top Up Wallet.
Enter an amount and confirm. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Edinar.
Your balance updates immediately, and any unpaid invoices are settled automatically, oldest first.
If two consecutive monthly invoices go unpaid, your store is automatically suspended until you top up. See our Terms of Service for full details.
If your store gets suspended
A suspended store shows a simple "temporarily unavailable" page to your customers. As soon as your wallet balance covers the outstanding invoice(s), your store goes back online automatically — no need to contact support.
